Occupy Wall Street: what do you remember?

Share your memories of the Occupy movement – tell us where you were and what you saw as the first anniversary approaches

When Occupy Wall Street started in downtown Manhattan, few could anticipate that it would turn into a global sensation with nearly 1,000 protest sites worldwide.

Monday marks the one-year anniversary of the movement that affected millions of people and we're wondering what you remember most.

Did you witness a protest? Take part in the action? Whether you were in New York, DC, Oakland or abroad, add your thoughts to the form below and we'll include your responses in our OWS reflections feature, launching on Monday.

Feel free to add details about how the protests impacted you personally. Only memories posted in the spirit of the project will be selected for publication.
