Current bag policy is limited to a small clutch bag no larger than 6" x 9" OR a clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12". Event is rain or shine. For the safety, comfort and experience of all fans, the Organizer reserves the right to not permit outside lawn chairs from being brought into the venue. A limited number of lawn chair rentals will be available for advance purchase online or at the venue on the day of the event, while supplies last. Line Up Subject to Change.

- Due to the ongoing global pandemic, and to protect the health and safety of our guests and venue staff members, the box office at Darien Lake Amphitheater will be open on day-of-show only. The box office opens in tandem with the parking lots, approximately 3 hours prior to doors. If you'd like to purchase tickets, please visit us at www.livenation.com. If you're looking to obtain a refund for a show that was either canceled, postponed or rescheduled, please visit us at www.livenation.com/refund for more information. - American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Checks are not accepted. Cash is accepted at the box office only. All concession and merchandise stands take credit and debit only. In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, you can exchange cash for a card at our reverse ATM located in the South Concourse near the merch booth. Staff will also be available on site at the Guest Services Booth in the South Concourse and the merch booth in the North Concourse to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.

- Car Parking
- The cost of general admission parking is included in the price of your concert ticket. Please show your concert ticket as you enter the Theme Park parking lot (entrance located off Route 77). Parking for guests with disabilities near the main entrance gate is also available for all shows. Follow designated signage upon entering the main parking lot. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking upgrades are available at an additional charge for E-Z Out, Premier, and Front Row Parking. Oversized vehicles, including RVs, buses and limos, should utilize the oversized parking section. Oversized parking requires a paid parking pass that can be purchased as an upgrade.
