Chávez’s death provokes mixed reactions across the Americas - video

Hugo Chávez's death is announced by Venezuela's vice-president Nicolás Maduro, while those on the streets of Caracas express their grief together with much of Latin America. Hugo Chávez Frias died in Caracas aged 58 after suffering from cancer. He had become the symbol of Latin American socialism, but was not loved by all. Many of those who emigrated from Venezuela to the US are not grieving at the news of his passing, but rather celebrating the advent of possible change
