Panama finds weapons on North Korean ship leaving Cuba – video

Panama has seized a North Korean cargo ship that was carrying arms from Cuba concealed under a shipment of brown sugar. The ship was stopped as it headed into the Panama Canal and authorities arrested the crew after finding undeclared military equipment – a potential violation of UN sanctions against North Korea's nuclear programme
