Queen Elizabeth II leads the nation in remembering those who died fighting in all conflicts since the first world war on Remembrance Day. After a two-minute silence, the Queen laid the first wreath at the Cenotaph memorial in London. She was joined by senior royals, David Cameron, military chiefs, servicemen and women, and thousands of spectators
