After calling Britain's presence in the Falklands "colonialist, ludicrous and archaic", Sean Penn accuses the UK government of being insensitive in their decision to deploy Prince William there as the 30th anniversary of the war approaches. The actor spoke after a meeting with Uruguayan president José Mujica in Montevideo, as part of his role as ambassador at large for Haiti
