Do you still love The Libertines?

Readers' panel: Following news that the band look set to play a large reunion gig this summer, we want to hear from Libertines fans who can't wait to see them back together

The Libertines look set for reunion gig at Hyde Park

A decade on from the release of The Libertines last album, and four years after their last public performance, it looks like the band might be reuniting for a live show in Hyde Park this summer.

A map of Hyde Park was posted on the Libertines Facebook group over the weekend, seemingly confirming recent remarks from Pete Doherty suggesting a high-profile reunion concert could be in the offing.

To mark the news, we'd like to hear from fans who are looking forward to seeing the band playing together again. Whether you've come to their music recently, or first heard them in the early days when they were still playing guerrilla gigs, we'd like you to tell us what it is you love about The Libertines – and whether you think their music is still relevant today.

Post your thoughts on the band below – we'll publish a selection of responses later this week.
