The Pierces: Believe in Me – live

Watch Alabama sisters the Pierces perform a live version of Believe in Me, from their forthcoming album Creation

One of the pleasures of 2011 was the fourth album from the Pierces, sisters from Alabama who mixed a sense of oddness with a perfect ear for meticulous MOR harmonies. They're back with a new album, Creation, later this year, which has both the oddness – its making involved the taking of large quantities of the hallucinogen ayahuasca in the company of shamans – and the perfect harmonies. As a taster, we've got this live performance from Muzu.tv of the single Believe in Me, from Creation.
