Nick Mulvey interview: 'I'm at peace with myself'

"My aim as a songwriter," says Nick Mulvey in his Observer interview, "is to appeal to your subconscious first. A song can be cerebrally satisfying second, but first of all it has to feel right." The 28-year-old musician, a founding member of Portico Quartet, now gone solo, releases his debut album First Mind tomorrow. Listen to an exclusive stream before anyone else, right here.
