Justin Bieber: My Worlds – The Collection – review

(Island)

Bieber's latest effort is presented as "Justin's gift back to his fans for all their support" – in time forThanksgiving and Christmas. He really shouldn't have. Because, after 2009's My World and then this year's My Worlds, you can't help thinking that this effort – the latter album plus a disc of acoustic versions – looks a little bit like regifting. Not that the billion or so tween Beliebers, several of whom you can hear screeching on the live version of "Favorite Girl", will feel churlish. "Pray", the album's one new track, packs in finger clicks, violins, a gospel choir and a key change.
