The actor is the latest to debut a dazzling ‘do at Paris Fashion Week. What does it mean?

Is there something in the water at Paris Fashion Week? First Kim Kardashian pops up with hair the colour of a budgerigar’s crown. Now Jared Leto – whose dearly departed man bun we recent eulogised – has debuted a dye job that makes him look like Rhydian from X Factor, or Spike from Buffy, at best. We’re hearing that the hair is for a role. But as for that velvet jacket – with the tag still attached and visible – and the snowboots worn in crisp, sunny Paris? They remain unexplained.

First the ombre hair, then the Chanel womenswear trousers. Now we have this beautiful kaftan, which Leto wore on stage during a gig in Puerto Rico.
