KCLU-FM (88.3 FM) is a non-commercial radio station that is licensed to Thousand Oaks, California, United States and serves Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, and San Luis Obispo County through a number of additional stations and translator signals on FM and one (KCLU-AM) on the AM band, as well as its home signal. The station is a member of National Public Radio and airs local news, weather forecasts, and traffic conditions as well as a wide variety of public radio programming. It is owned by California Lutheran University. KCLU-FM is rebroadcast throughout the Central Coast of California on several full-power repeater and low-power translator stations.

The station has won more than 200 journalism awards for its local news coverage, including a national Edward R. Murrow Award, and four national Society of Professional Journalists Awards for its news coverage.
