Please Note Doors open at 6:30 pm. CASHLESS VENUE - The Sylvee services all credit and debit payments only. No cash accepted. Bags (max size 12" x 6" x 12") are allowed and will be searched upon entry. Exceptions will be made for necessary medical equipment and bags for nursing mothers. We encourage you to pack light with only the necessities to make the entry process as smooth as possible. Tickets can be purchased online up to the event start time. Once the event has started, if tickets are still available, they can be purchased at The Sylvee Box Office.

- Box Office hours are Monday-Thursday from 12PM-3PM, Fridays from 10AM-3PM, Saturdays from 12 PM-3PM and on all show days from 12PM until showtime.
- The Box Office accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash and checks. The Box Office will NOT accept checks on the week of shows.
- Car Parking
- MG&E offers free parking from 6PM-2AM in their Good Neighbor Lot located on Main Street between Blount & Blair Streets - a block and a half from The Sylvee. There is also plenty of free street parking in the area surrounding The Sylvee.
