We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. - Will Call can be picked up begining 1 hour prior to event. Box office is located at the front of the club. Must have confirmation number, a valid picture ID, and the actual credit card the tickets were puchased with. If a parent purchases tickets for their children, please send a letter giving permission to pick up tickets along with the confirmation number and a copy of the cardholders drivers license. Prefer to have ID with the child also.
