Herencia Cubana III presents a tribute to one of the most famous and popular Cuban genres, The Danzón. Two Cuban families, Urbay and Romeu, have dedicated their lives to the development of music for several generations. They join efforts in a unique concert where the Danzón is taken to a symphonic level through their masterful arrangements. Maestro Gonzalo Romeu and Maestro Jose Ramon Urbay, together with Marlene Urbay, have prepared a concert featuring famous danzones such as: Almendra, Fefita, La Flauta Mágica, and the world renowned Lindas Cubanas, by Antonio María Romeu.
