- SERVICE FEE FREE tickets for The Shelter can be purchased at The St. Andrew's Hall Box Office at 431 E. Congress Ave - Monday - Thursday 12pm - 530pm with extended hours on Fridays 10am - 6pm. Please call (313) 961-8961 for questions concerning ticket availability. The Shelter box office opens 30 minutes prior to door time, although exceptions can occur show to show. Please call the venue to see exact times that it will be open in order to accommodate any requests that you may have. On performance nights, available tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis at the box office window.
