- Tickets may be picked up two hours prior to event start time. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place order, a photo I.D. and the confirmation number given at the time of purchase. Pick up tickets at the Will Call or Reservation window.

- DCU Center parking garage (86 Central St., Worcester, MA 01608) is located at the corner of Major Taylor Blvd.(formerly Worcester Center Blvd.) and East Central St. The garage may be reached at (508)792-0314. Overnight parking is prohibited at the DCU Center's Parking Garage. Various garages and open air lots are close to venue. Prices range from $1.00 to $20.00.
