- Will call orders can be picked up directly at the Box Office. The original purchaser must bring their credit card and a valid form of identification in order to pick up any tickets. Will call tickets are only available for pick-up on the day of the scheduled event.
- Car Parking
- The first hour of parking is free for any GardenWalk guest. House of Blues Retail and Restaurant guests can receive an additional hour of free parking with validation for a total of 2 hours. Music Hall guests can receive an additional 2 hour validation for a total of 3 hours.
