- The box office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm. For a weekday show date, the box office is open from 10:00 am to show time. For a weekend show date the box office is open no later than 3 hours before the scheduled event time.
- Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.
- Will Call
- Will call is located at the box office at the main entrance, and the SE corner of the building. To claim will call, customers must present a valid photo, the order number and the credit card that the order was placed with.
- Car Parking
- Parking is available on the North and South sides of the Alerus Center. There will be a $5 parking fee on ticketed events of $10 or more.
