The Will Call Booth at New Era Field is located in between gates 3 and 4. Guests may pick up there pre-paid tickets on game day. This location is open 4 hours prior to kickoff. PROPER PHOTO IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED. Tickets will only be released to the person who purchased the tickets.
Car Parking
Abbott Road ClosingAbbott Road Closing: Abbott Road will be closed to all vehicle traffic on game days between the south entrance of Lot 2 ADA and north of the Bills Team Store. Please see the attached map as a reference for the location of the road closing. This will have a significant impact on the traffic patterns around the New Era Field on game days. Parking Hours & Rates: For information about Camper lot and Bus parking, please check Buffalobills.com for more information. All parking lots will close 2 hours after the game ends. No reserving of spaces is allowed and guests will not be allowed to purchase additional spaces --- one car, one space. Site Changes Please note the following changes to the physical layout: *Note that prices listed are for single spaces.* Parking Code of Conduct The parking lots at New Era Field are for the convenience and enjoyment of stadium guests. Tailgating is permitted in most parking lots. There is no tailgating allowed in the Administrative Lot, Training Center Lot, Tunnel Lot, Lot 6, and Lot 2. Oversized vehicles will not be permitted to park in lots designated for passenger vehicles. Stadium Management asks that you clean up your area before entering the stadium to watch the game so it’s safe for you and others. Bring trash bags with you to dispose of your trash. Neatly tied trash bags can be left at your tailgate area or be taken to one of the green dumpsters located in the parking lot areas. Please refrain from leaving loose trash and litter in the parking lot. Every effort is made to create a fan friendly environment that is safe for all to enjoy. Our fans play a large role in this. In order to maintain a safe and fun environment, the Bills ask that all fans follow directions given by Allpro Parking, Stadium Management, Police, and Security Personnel. They are there to assist you and make parking safe and convenient for everyone. If a guest needs immediate assistance or sees a potential problem within their area, please call the Game Day Fan Hotline at (716) 312-8933. In the event of a parking lot emergency please call 9-1-1. The Erie County Sheriff’s Office, the Orchard Park Police Department, and APEX Security will continually patrol the lots to ensure that those who do not adhere to the parking guidelines and/or participate in activities that create an unsafe environment will be held responsible and may have their parking and ticket purchasing privileges revoked. The Camper Lot will continue to open one day prior to games for those campers wishing to park overnight in advance of the game and all campers will have until 2pm the day following the game to exit.
