Our new production of The Nutcracker, unveiled in 2019, is back! Join us as we celebrate our return to the stage and the joy of the season in glittering fashion. Enjoy the playful charm of the mice, the magical transformation of The Nutcracker Prince, and the dreamlike adventure that takes Clara to The Land of Sweets. Children from the Ballet Idaho Academy will enliven the stage with our professional company members, live musical accompaniment will be provided by The Boise Phil orchestra in this annual tradition that is not to be missed. Choreographed by Peter Anastos. Run time: 2 hours + 1 - 20 minute intermission Discount available for students and teachers (includes homeschool), military and groups of 10 or more. - Car Parking
- Parking for ticket purchases is available in the 15 minute loading zone in front of the Box Office located on Cesar Chavez Drive (river/North side of the Morrison Center). Event parking is available in the Brady Garage at University and Earle St and nearby surface lots. Those needing accessible parking will be directed to a limited number of spaces near the Morrison Center academic entrance or the first floor of the Brady Garage. Attendants will be on hand to offer directions and assistance. Patrons are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and arrive at least 30 minutes prior to show time. Event parking is included in the price of all Morrison Center Main Hall performances.
