- The box office will only be open on event days only. The box office will close no earlier than 30 minutes after the start of the show. Tickets purchased at our box office are subject to a service charge.

- Mobile ticket delivery is the primary delivery method of tickets at the Hartford HealthCare Amphitheater. Any tickets that are left for an individual can only be picked-up on the day of the event. Customers must present a photo I.D. & an order confirmation number if provided. NOTE: The Box Office will not release tickets to anyone other than the name given at the time the order was placed. The box office does not take in any tickets from patrons to be left at will call. Please plan accordingly.
- Car Parking
- General parking is included in the price of your ticket & is located in the Transit Garage at Harbor Yard on South Frontage Road. Premier parking is located in the surfaces lots between Lafayette St & Broad St and VIP parking is located in the lot adjacent to the venue off of Broad St. Both Premier & VIP parking are available for an additional charge and can be purchased in advance at all points of sale or on the day of the show at the entrance of the lots based on availability. Parking for the disabled is located in all lots based on availability and is available to patrons who possess a handicapped parking hang tag or license plate with proper ID to match.
