- Mon - Sat: 10:00 - 20:00 Tickets can be colleceted on the above hours if collecting in advance of a show. If collecting tickets on the day of a show, then no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled show time.

- Tickets held for collection can be collected from the box office on the day of the event. Please take the credit card used to make the booking and your Ticketmaster reference number with you. Our café is open Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 4pm, and in the evening on show days is open from 6pm and will serve drinks, and light snacks only
- Car Parking
- Nearest car park is Palace Charter (on Beechen Grove, the ring round around the town centre) is open until midnight, 7 days a week (please take care to park on the Palace Charter side of the car park, rather than the Palace Harlequin side, which closes much earlier). This is a multi storey carpark and charges apply.
