- Collect from the Brixton Academy on the day of the event. Opening times are above. Take photo ID or the credit card and Ticketmaster booking reference number. If you are unable to collect your ticket and would like someone else to collect on your behalf - they will need a letter of authorisation from yourself - note this cannot be a text message or email and must be printed and handed to the box office upon collection. This does not work on names on tickets events.
