- The Cavalry FC ticketing office open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. The ticketing box office is open 2 hours before each game. Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.

- Will Call
- The 'will call' desk is located in the main entrance building - Horizons Pavilion. Will call opens 2 hours prior to the each game. Please encourage early pickup to avoid long lines! Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.
- Car Parking
- There is parking available at Spruce Meadows. The parking cost is $10 per car, per game. Parking asses available for purchase at the beginning of the season. Accessible Parking, with a government issued pass, is available in Lots 7 and 8. Bicycle racks are available on the west side close to the main entrance building, Horizons Pavilion.
