- The Box Office is located to the immediate right of the theater entrance. The box office is open Mondays and Tuesdays from 12PM to 5PM and Fridays from 12PM-5:30PM as well as 2 hours prior to Palace shows.

- Tickets can be picked up at the Will Call Window one hour prior to scheduled show time. Customers must have a picture ID, the actual credit card and the confirmation number.
