- General Box Office Hours: Fridays from 10 AM to 4 PM Show Day Box Office Hours: Monday to Saturday Shows: 10AM until the headliner takes the stage Sunday Shows: 12PM until the headliner takes the stage The main box office is located at 2200 Encore Parkway next to the East Gate. It can be accessed both from inside and outside of the venue. Tickets can be purchased in-person at the box office when it is open, or online at www.livenation.com.

- Will Call
- Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located 2200 Encore Parkway (outside the East Entry Gate) generally two hours prior to the showtime.There is temporary parking located in front of the box office. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchasers name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000. Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets. If tickets or passes are being left for you- they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to doors so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
- Car Parking
- Parking is preassigned. Your parking pass can be found in your Live Nation or Ticketmaster account. If you purchased your tickets elsewhere and they did not include a parking pass, you need to stop by the box office to purchase a parking pass prior to parking your vehicle. Parking spaces are first come, first serve. Patrons may notice a row or seat number on their parking pass, but that is only used for tracking purposes.
