- The Wintrust Arena Box Office is open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11:00AM to 6:00PM. The Wintrust Arena and Arie Crown Theater box offices will open approximately 3 hours prior to an event. The Arie Crown Theater box office will ONLY be open on days that the Arie Crown Theater has an event. Tickets can also be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com.
