- The Alumni Arena Ticket Office is open Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm and ONE hour prior to every home basketball event.
- Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. Checks payable to UB Athletics are also accepted.

- Will Call is located inside the main entrance of Alumni Arena- PLEASE ENTER FROM THE FRONT DOORS OFF OF COVENTRY ROAD. Opens: one hour prior to show. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place order and a photo i.d. STUDENT TICKETS Distribution begins one hour prior to game at the both ends of the Arena lobby. Student tickets will be distributed until the end of the 1st half. UNDERGRADUATE Students: Free with valid UB ID Graduate Students & Guests of UB Students: Eligible for $10 men’s game ticket and Doubleheaders; $5 tickets for women’s games.
- Car Parking
- General Public Parking is FREE on game days. Please follow all parking instructions while on campus. Tune into 1620 AM for campus news and traffic reports. HANDICAP parking spaces appear in all lots on UB's North Campus. Parking attendants will not be present. The closest lot to Alumni Arena is the Slee Parking lot. Ticket holders can also donate to the Basketball Game Day Benefits Fund and receive a permit for select lots adjacent to Alumni Arena.
