Wet Denim - On the Line Tour | Auckland

<p dir="ltr">Emerging indie rockers&nbsp;Wet Denim&nbsp;announce their sophomore EP&nbsp;On The Line&nbsp;will be released on&nbsp;Friday 27 September. To celebrate the EP&rsquo;s release, the band will embark on a national tour this October/November bringing their energetic live show to fans throughout the country. Promising to play the new EP in full and push their live show further than they have before, this will be fans first chance to see their new music live and loud!</p><p dir="ltr">Beginning in&nbsp;Dunedin&nbsp;at&nbsp;The Crown&nbsp;on&nbsp;Thursday 10 October, the band will then play&nbsp;Christchurch&rsquo;s Darkroom&nbsp;on&nbsp;Friday 11 October&nbsp;and&nbsp;The Sail&nbsp;in&nbsp;Timaru&nbsp;on&nbsp;Saturday 12 October. The band then head north playing&nbsp;Whammy Bar&nbsp;in&nbsp;Auckland&nbsp;on&nbsp;Friday 25 October,&nbsp;The Paisley Stage&nbsp;in&nbsp;Napier&nbsp;on&nbsp;Saturday 16 November&nbsp;and a homecoming show at&nbsp;San Fran&nbsp;in&nbsp;Wellington&nbsp;on&nbsp;Friday 29 November. &nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr">On The Line&nbsp;sees euphoric highs contrasted with melancholic lows, and features both road-tested and brand-new material written and recorded over the past two years.</p><p>&ldquo;The EP has probably changed as much as we have over the past two years. As we&rsquo;ve recorded this project over the past 12 months, the lyrics and arrangements have evolved a lot, sometimes being completely altered from original demos. These changes and development in songwriting reflects more and more where we&rsquo;ve been as individuals, and as a band. Our collaborative writing process has given this music a deeply personal meaning to each of us in different ways, and it&rsquo;s a project we&rsquo;re really proud of.&rdquo; &ndash; Wet Denim</p>
