- Tickets purchased online or over the phone will be given the option for Will Call to be picked up at the ExtraMile Arena Box Office (M-F 10am-5pm). On the day of the event, tickets not already picked up will be available at the Will Call table one (1) hour before gates open in front of the Idaho Botanical Garden Administrative Office. Photo ID of original purchaser REQUIRED. You may also choose to manage your own tickets with the e-Ticket (print-at-home or mobile) option. Suite Tables purchased through the ExtraMile Arena will be available to pick up on the day of show at the Will Call table (1) hour before gates open.
- Car Parking
- Parking is free, but limited. Parking staff will direct you to available spots. We encourage patrons to bike, car pool or use public transportation. We encourage guests to go green and ride their bikes to the event. A bike corral will be available on site and you will receive a FREE ticket to attend one of the Idaho Botanical Garden's Thursday night Great Garden Escape Concerts.
