- Box-office hours are 9am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The box office is located in the front of the Center. Performance Hall's box office opens 1 hour prior to performance If event is at the Raleigh Convention & Conference Center Complex, door sales are located at the box office located at the front of the building on Lenoir Street.

- Each performance hall contains its own box office area that opens 1 hour prior to the event. PLEASE BRING A PICTURE ID, THE ACTUAL CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS, AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER.
- Car Parking
- Entrances to parking lot are on Wilmington Street as well as Salisbury Street. To gain entry to the parking deck (which contains more availability) one needs to enter on Lenoir Street. $10.00 per vehicle
