- Located at all Box Office window Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID. Only the owner of the credit card may pick up the tickets. Note that some orders cannot be picked up until the night of the show. Paperless tickets do not need to be picked up in advance, simply proceed to the gate if you have paperless tickets (see General Rules).
